The Bernstein Intitute, US-Asia Law Institute and Asia Law Society are hosting Joshua Wong to give a talk about "The Rise of Post-Umbrella Movement Political Forces in the New Era." Joshua is a youth activist leader in Hong Kong, well-known for leading the pro-democracy Umbrella Movement and Occupy Central in 2014. He has been the organizer of the “Scholarism” movement in Hong Kong for several years, demanding universal suffrage from the Hong Kong government, and has been featured on the cover of Time Magazine.
