Environmental Law Symposium: The Utility Industry of the Future

This symposium will address the future of the US electric utility industry, with a focus on potential changes to utility regulations and business models. Four panels will discuss specific business models for the future, possibly needed regulatory reform to enable the transformation, financial implications of this transformation to utility investors, regulators and the general public, and the effects on wholesale power markets.
Organized by the Environmental Law Society and Environmental Law Journal, in collaboration with the Guarini Center on Environmental and Land Use Law.
